We want to use this medium to officially announce to the general public, that the Disturbing PH City movement is set to host it's 2nd Edition of Sounds From Pitakwa on the 27th of January 2018. The Disturbing PH City movement is aimed at projecting Port Harcourt City Positively, to the rest of the world. It is being fueled by young Entertainers (Roy Clintson, Tazz Brills, Madirox Bryan, VDJ Tflexx, Cyndy Wap, Don Darrow, ill Black & Christy Ebenezer) with the sole aim of hosting shows, supporting upcoming PH Creatives, pushing each other and telling the world about the rich culture, talents and treasures of Port Harcourt (Rivers State). It's not a total different movement from #PortHarcourtSabiTheTin. As a matter of fact, it was birthed out of PHSTT. Yes, we are Disturbing PH City because we are Port Harcourt, and Port Harcourt Sabi the tin. Ladies and Gents, permit me to officially invite you to the 2nd Edition of "SOUNDS FROM PITAKWA" taking place at Lesukaa Event Centre (located at Plot 337 Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt), on the 27th of January 2017 (Red Carpet 4pm, Main Event 5pm). We'll witness performances from the Movement Initiators, and Guest performances from Loxxy, Jikume, Jeffy Jeff, Demmy E & Sarro
We'll also feature special performances from other amazing PH Acts (the likes of Hotice Xclusive, Redwine Eccentric, Willy Scott, J Fly, Fshine, Janix, Sureboi, Ogabeatz, Pona, Ras Fisherman, Tupat, Verse Gunzalo, Tchella and other amazing PH based up & coming artistes)
We'll also be honoured with the presence of KObaba, Bukwild, DJ Bless, Mr. Tony, U-kalas blog, Presley Fubara, Etalian blog, Maharaja and other entertainment gurus.
The GOOD NEWS: we'll be hosting different editions of #SoundsFromPitakwa quarterly (that is four times in a year) in different locations/parts of the city, with the sole aim of projecting our sounds to the world, and to also make our people get use to, and appreciate our sound again.... Yes, we had it, then we lost it... Well, we're are not here to restore it, we are here to Rebrand, Repackage, Reform, and sell it to the world
