Hotel presidential might be a 5 Star hotel with the best amenities and space in Port Harcourt, but we can't say so about the customer service and branding.
The team went visited the hotel to grab take out meals last night only to be handed this for ever tending yellow and black striped plastic bag that every kiosk in every area uses. Some kiosks even have better plastic bags.
This was a quite embarrassing and we were disappointed.
This plastic bag is bad for marketing and quite de-repping.
