Yesterday the students of Federal College of Education had a peaceful protest but the local vigilante (OSPAC) members brought that to an end by flogging some students and threatening others. An alarm was raised by a Facebook user and after much enquiries it was gathered that it was true and that the local vigilante is the most feared group in the Local Government Area.
