We’re getting asked a lot recently about how we’re coping, how we’re staying motivated, what we’re doing to feel good.
⠀The truth is we aren’t, just like everyone else we have up and down days, we don’t have a master plan because lets face it there’s no handbook, no rule book and we’re all just working it out together.

We’re taking every day as it comes, allowing ourself to feel every single feeling and not pushing ourselves to feel any other way.

Remove the pressure on yourself to be constantly doing or achieving, you’re doing just fine. 💘✨🌏
