The annual flood at Nkpolu-Rumuigbo Community, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area is back in full force and has as in previous years shutdown economic activities in the worst hit streets.
The flood in the community precedes the current administration of Governor Nyesom Wike. As in other years, locals and residents are calling on him to intervene and fix the reoccurring problem.
