Chairman of the National Youth Council of the Nigeria (NYCN) Rivers State chapter, Amb Ihunwo Chijioke has appealed to security agencies in the state to launch a manhunt for missing members of the council.
Two youth leaders, Amb Napoleon Spiff, who is the Vice Chairman of NYCN, Rivers East Senatorial District, and Levi Zachariah George, President of the National Union of Rivers State Students (NURSS) have neither been seen nor heard from since they left the conference hall of the Rivers State Ministry of Justice, at the grand finale of the International Youth Day on the 12th of August, 2020.
Ihunwo appealed to the Commissioner of Police and other security agencies to as matter of urgency, swing into action, and find the whereabout of the two youth leaders.
