Yesterday Gov Wike was at St, Paul's Cathedral, Diobu, to thank God as he marked the 2nd year of his 2nd tenure in office as the Governor of Rivers State.
While speaking at the Thanks Giving he made it clear that it is very important for people to remember where they are coming from.
“When I look back at all we have achieved, I marvel and can't help but conclude It is God almighty that made it possible for me and my team to achieve all we have done.”
“But for God all we have done wouldn't have been possible. We had every reason to fail, we went through a lot of trials but In our trials the obvious hand of God was with us and made it possible for us not to give excuses but produce results.”
