In Calabar, there have been reports of alleged officials from the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution (PHED) company engaged in suspicious activities. These individuals, supposedly affiliated with PHED, were seen entering a street around 2 am with an official vehicle displaying a Rivers Plate Number. Surprisingly, it was observed that their objective was not related to their designated duties, but rather to partake in the unlawful act of stealing earth cables.
