The ONELGA All Stars has been honoured for its immense contribution to the restoration of peace in ONELGA, in an event jointly organized by International Association of World Peace Advocate and Christian Association of Nigeria, ONELGA chapter in Omoku.
Receiving the award on behalf of others, Zubby D Nwabroije thanked the organizers for finding them worthy for the honour, explaining that it would spur them to greater heights.
He, however, dedicated the award to those who he said lost their lives in search of peace worldwide.
In his speech, a representative of Oba of Ogbaland, HRH, Sir Louis Ajie , Eze Iyasara 13th of Ogbaland, commended Amb.Victor Bright Abali, the facilitator of the epoch event for a job well-done.
Eze Ajie further admonished the recipients for their ingenuinety in music performance.
He noted that ONELGA is a land so blessed with milk and honey where stars are made."if you step your shoes on the shores of the land with sincere heart and good thinking, there no way that God Almighty will not reward you", the royal father averred.
Other dignitaries recognized include: the CTC chairman of ONELGA, Barr. Osi Olisa, Comr. Kingsley Ogwumike , youth leader and ONELGA CSO among others.
