According to a social media user identified as Uche Osefo, two female students have been stripped by their Kidnappers in Port Harcourt to demand 500k ransom each.
Uche who shared the picture on Facebook disclosed that he got it from the Oko WhatsApp group of the Electrical Engineering department of Federal Polytechnic. The two girls are reportedly from Federal Polytechnic Oko and Anambra State University.
