OGONI: SHELL PLANS TO USE 300-400 YOUTHS FOR BODO CLEAN UP

In a statement on Independence Day, October 1, 2017 Shell said it planned to train & use 300-400 youths for the Bodo Cleanup. 
Some citizens of Ogoni are doubting this new plan but others have decided to keep their fingers crossed.
