Dr.(Barr.) Samuel B. Kalagbor, Rector, Port Harcourt Polytechnic and Winner of the 2017 Best Head of Tertiary Institution Award in Rivers State organized by the National Association of Social Media Practitioners of Nigeria(NASMPON), Rivers State Chapter, has commended the organizers for instituting such an award which,among others, is aimed at motivating public office holders to attain peak performance.
Dr. Kalagbor who pulled a total of 606 votes(69%) of the total vote cast also uses this medium to thank and appreciate the general public for voting him as the Best Head of Tertiary Institution in Rivers State.
