The wife of the Minister of Transportation, Dame Judith Amaechi, founder/initiator of EMPOWERMENT SUPPORT INITIATIVE, ESI, launched the 6th Entrepreneurial and Skills Acquisition Program, in partnership with the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
She was hosted by the wife of Gov Rochas Okorocha, Nneoma as the event was held at the Concorde Hotels, Owerri.

It was a roll call of dignitaries including Dr. Sokonte Davis- Executive Director, Marine and Operations, NPA, Chief Engr Reynolds Beks Dagogo-Jack- former Special Adviser to the President on Power and Chairman, Presidential Task force on Power, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs- Chairman SEPLAT Oil, Hon Asita Honourable- three time member of the House of Reps among others too numerous to mention.
Again, Rivers Women were in their best colours as members of Rivers State Women Association led by Mrs Fred Igwe, Hon Joeba West, Hon Maureen Tamuno, Princess Ejims Urey Maureen, Hon  Irene Martina Inimgba were present to give their support to the former First Lady of Rivers state.
ESI was responsible for the 'Catch them Young' program where Nursery schools were built across the Wards of the 23 LGAs of Rivers State, for indigent children. It is a Free Education program.
