University Of Port Harcourt Recalls Issued Certificates, asking Students to Return for Exams

The University of Port Harcourt issued certificates to students, mobilized them for NYSC and has now gone ahead to recall same students to repeat their last sessions, because they didn't pay their school fees (for that session) on time. 

We think this is quite ridiculous and unprofessional.
