What you see here is the current state of the Community Secondary School Ubima, where Minister Rotimi Amaechi hails from and of which nothing was done to maintain or upgrade it in all the years the Minister has been a politician and public officer.
We still don't know why this is the case.
Fortunately, Governor Wike is changing that story as the school would be completely revamped in the next five months
