On the invitation of the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike,CON, GSSRS, the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar III is in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to commission the brand new Traditional Rulers Council Secretariat built from scratch by the Wike led administration.
The facility is one of many, completely altering the look and feel of Rivers State for the best.
The facility used to be in a degraded state.
