Ask anyone living in Port-Harcourt, from Port Harcourt to Aba, Aba to Umuahia, Umuahia to Okigwe, Okigwe to Awgu, Awgu to Enugu; it's been more than a week of non-stop rain. Imagine traveling from Port-Harcourt to Enugu at this period and not seeing fallen trucks all over the road is indeed a miracle!
Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway is no longer a death trap, and that is amazing.
