A leader committed to the state-wide development of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has linked Ikuru Town to the rest of Rivers State.
These bridges, solidly constructed by an international contractor, has energised the economy of Ikuru town in Andoni Local Government Area.
Those who hardly visit the hinterland would not appreciate the magnitude of work going on in the rural communities of Rivers State under the leadership of Governor Wike.
For the Andoni section of the Ogoni-Andoni-Opobo-Nkoro Unity Road , only one bridge is left to get to Ngo town, the Headquarters of Andoni Local Government Area. The contractor is working hard to deliver the Bridge next year.
The road is positively impacting the lives of thousands of Rivers people, who depend on the completed section of the road to move their wares to markets in Port Harcourt and other major cities of the country.
Governor Wike is also making progress along the Sakpenwa-Bori-Kono Road extension.
