A non-profit, non-partisan Legal and advocacy organization known as Serap Nigeria has claimed to have a launched legal action against Gov. Wike of Rivers State “at the ECOWAS Court of Justice for using COVID-19 as pretext to run roughshod over the human rights of Nigerians.”
According to them they are also suing Nigeria for not ensuring that human rights in Nigeria are respected
