The Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), Bro. Felix Obuah said there will be no restriction of human and vehicular movements on Saturday during the monthly sanition.
This is as he called on residents and those doing business in the State to ensure that their surroundings are clean.
The RIWAMA boss in a statement reiterated the abounding benefits of a clean and healthy environment to the people and the State in general, especially with the threat of COVID-19 pandemic.
He advised residents and all those doing business in the State to maintain good sanitary habit by always cleaning their surroundings and dumping wastes at RIWAMA approved receptacles only; and at the approved dumping hours of 6pm to 12mid night, daily.
