The Minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio has on Tuesday sworn in the new Executive Director, Finance and Administration (EDFA) for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
His name is Mr. Effiong Akwa, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB).
He was the regional manager in charge of South/South, of CDB plc ( now FCMB.) Also former MD of Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd.
He equally worked as the Special Assistant on Finance to a former MD of NDDC, Sir. Bassey Dan Abia. He hails from Okobo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom.
