Musician Omah Lay and Six others charged to court for flaunting COVID-19 rules in Uganda





Nigerian musician Oma Lay and 6 others including Ugandan music promoters were presented before Makindye Magistrate court. 




Plans of releasing Omah Lay, Tems and Muyiwa Awomiyion on police bond were suspended after their casefile was sanctioned by the office of the Director Of Public Prosecutions (DPP). They were jointly charged with four other Ugandans. All remanded till Wednesday 16th



Nigerian artistes, Omah Lay and Ms Tems, were arrested by officers of the Uganda police in Kampala for flouting covid-19 guidelines.

They were arrested shortly after their performance on Saturday night at The Big Brunch, a concert that held at Speke Resort, Wavamunno Rd, Kampala.
