Seven inmates from the Port Harcourt Maximum Custodian Centre were presented their certificates after graduating from the National Open University of Nigeria NOUN. One of the inmates graduated second-class upper.
The management of NOUN and Port Harcourt Correctional Centre including some of the inmates who are students attended the presentation of the certificates to the graduates. They graduated in March this year.
