Rivers State House of Assembly member representing Tai Constituency and Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Emergency Relief and Special Duties, Hon. Bernard Ngbar donates Bicycle to his Constituents in Bunu Tai.
He presented the Bicycles to the community vigilante group and said it was his efforts to enhance the security of the area.
However, the donation has since sparked reactions from Nigerians who said he went below expectations.
