PHALGA officially signed a contract with ELIZABETH ALFRED LIMITED, a renowned city beautiful giant for the actualization of the administration's PROJECT CLEAN AND GREEN PORT HARCOURT CITY CAMPAIGN.
Their first point of call, will be the beautification of the popular GARRISON/ OGBUMNUABALI ROAD JUNCTION, because as a cosmopolitan city, the GREEN INITIATIVE is one that seeks to restore our Port Harcourt to its Garden City Status through fostering a clean, green and healthy environment while building the consciousness and a sense of responsibility in the citizens and occupants of this City.
