Emergency rule: Police fire teargas at protesters in Port Harcourt


 On Monday morning in Port Harcourt, Rivers State police fired teargas at protesters gathered at Isaac Boro Park. The demonstration, organized by the Take It Back Movement against a declared state of emergency, faced a heavy police presence from 9:00 am. Despite prior police advice to cancel the protest, young demonstrators reportedly shouted defiance at the officer
