The Chairman Caretaker Committee of Portharcourt City Local Government Area Prince Honorable Orukwem Amadi Oparaeli has inaugurated FRANK FACTS LIMITED as the sole revenue consultant of the council.
In line with the directive of the Governor that Tenement rate is the only levy obtainable by local government councils in the state ,they have been saddled with the responsibility of collecting TENEMENT RATE on behalf of the council, agents from Frank Facts will wear a blue shirt ,with phalga tenement rate boldly written on it and an identity card to show .
Business owners and residents in portharcourt city local government area are by this notice expected to make payments of their tenement rate to Frank Facts on behalf of the council.
