It has been brought to our notice that Ex Governor Amaechi had started the fly over at Garrison Junction during Goodluck Jonathan’s regime.
In the photos below you will find the Pillars Amaechi had already put in place for a befitting flyover to ease the Garrison road stress.
It was reported that the flyover was put on hold an expensive round about constructed instead.
Currently, the afore-planned roundabout is now being constructed and the round about might be demolished.
