Esther Amadi is a serving Police Sergeant, attached to Elimgbu Division of Rivers State Police Command.
She is usually seen at Rumukwurusi Junction, Port Harcourt/Aba Expressway, Rivers State making sure that traffic, motoring and parking laws and regulations are followed.
