More confusion in Rivers APC as Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has granted a Stay of Execution of the Judgement of Justice Omereji making Igo Aguma Rivers APC Chairman.
The court directed Barr. Isaac Ogbobula to continue as the CTC Chairman.
Recall that only Wednesday, a High Court sitting in Port Harcourt presided by Justice Chuku had reinstated Igo Aguma as CTC Chairman after some statutory members reportedly deposed him and replaced him with Hon. Sokonte Davies
