The highly dreaded and wanted suspected kidnapper, armed robber and "HONEST DIIGBARA ALIAS BOBISKY who was paraded earlier this morning after he was arrested alongside his younger brother has died from injuries sustained from machete cuts.
The notorious gang leader who had been on the police watch list and declared wanted by the state government with a bounty of N30million was arrested at the early hours of Saturday in a sting operation of the Nigerian police force, Rivers command with assistance of OSPAC(A local security outfit)in the state.
He was arrested through credible information at Kokokoro community in Khana LGA of Rivers State, where he was allegedly hibernating with his gang.
His younger who was his driver and second in command was fatally wounded and killed while Bobrisky himself was arrested alive but eventually died at the police command.
Among the dastardly acts according to the police committed by him include:
(1) THE KILLING OF BARR. EMELOGU WHO WAS KIDNAPPED AND KILLED AFTER COLLECTING RAMSOM.
(2) THE KILLING OF DIVISIONAL CRIME OFFICER(DCO),AFAM DIVISION, SP MOSES EGBEDE, KIDNAPPED AND KILLED AFTER COLLECTING RAMSOM.
(3) THE KIDNAP OF CHIEF MBU OF OGO/BOLO WHO THEY KIDNAPPED AND COLLECTED RANSOM OF N7MILLION
(4)THE KILLING OF SOLDIER & A PERSONNEL OF CIVIL DEFENCE AT GLO PIPELINE , IN OGONI EARLY LAST YEAR.
(5) THE KILLING OF TWO POLICEMEN ATTACHED TO FEDERAL HIGHWAY AT BOTEM & COLLECTED THE FIREARMS.
