The Rivers State Ministry of Works says it will embark on a demolition exercise at Rumuola Flyover on Thursday, 3rd September 2020.
The ministry in a statement issued by the Commissioner, Hon. Austin Ben Chioma and made available to City News Port Harcourt said the exercise will commence by 9am.
Ben Chioma urged landlords whose properties are affected and have been compensated to cooperate and not interfere with the demolition exercise.
He also advised pedestrians to heed all caution signs as would be indicated to ensure their safety.
