The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has called admission seekers of the institution to shun a text circulating on some social media platforms asking them to pay an additional N30,000 to some private accounts or individuals.
IAUE Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ozo-Mekuri Ndimele in a statement released on Monday urged candidates who already registered for Post-UTME in the institution to ignore the text.
He said the University charged N2,000 for screening and nothing more.
"Admission is free here. Report any person who asks you to pay any money outside the official N2,000 to this number 08033410255," the VC said.
