Court declines hearing on a case brought by Emmah Deeyah, Golden Chioma and 3 others seeking for and interlocutory injunction and asking the court to restrain the APC from going ahead with the rescheduled party revalidation exercise. Trial judge, M.O. Chukwu declined hearing and ordered that the file be returned to the CJ for reassignment given the fact that his is a vacation court.
