Yesterday (October 25, 2023) an alleged internet fraudster Damian Collins was caught with the dismembered body of Late Ms Justina Otuene around the NTA Axis of Port Harcourt.
We can recall that earlier this week, a missing person's flyer of same lady was distributed around town and on the internet.
