Targeted Killing: Port Harcourt Stadium Security Chief and Son Slain



 In Port Harcourt, gunmen killed the Chief Security Officer of Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Richard Timothy-Jaminiwa, and his 23-year-old son, Tola Silas, in a targeted attack at their Igwuruta Ali residence. Witnesses say the assailants, dressed in black, ambushed Timothy-Jaminiwa as he arrived home. 


His wife, Grace, reported being abducted and taken to a nearby bush after the attack. Tola had recently graduated from the University of Port Harcourt. Mrs. Jaminiwa stated her husband had received threats for opposing property looting at the stadium. Police have not yet commented on the incident.
