The Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has elevated the following chieftaincy stools.
* The Traditional chieftaincy stool of Amayanbo of Igu in Ogu/Bolo L.G.A is now a first class chieftaincy stool.
* The Traditional chieftaincy stool of the Awoh of Ndoni in ONELGA has been elevated to a first class chieftaincy stool.
* The Traditional chieftaincy stool of Eze Oha Okoro/Nyenwe Eli Of Rumuokoro Clan, in Rumuokoro, Obio/Akpor L.G.A. is now a second class chieftaincy stool.
