4. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
1. Be an indigene of the state
2. Possess a minimum of first degree
3. Must not be less than 22 years of age
4. Must not be a card carrying member of any political party
5. Have no criminal records
6. Be a computer literate
