Outdoor Practitioners and Owners of Billboard in Rivers State who have made indication of interest with RISAA as Third Party Practitioners are encouraged to complete their registrations with the Agency to enable ease of practicing in the State.
Interested persons willing to invest in the outdoor advertisement business can also get approvals from the Agency.
RISAA remains the only Agency empowered by law to regulate, register and issue permits to all outdoor exposures and advertisement in Rivers State.
