A social media user, Nocase Ugo has taken to his Facebook page to lament over the terrible state of roads in Oyigbo Local Government Area.
Ugo who said the LGA contributes at least 10-15% to the Rivers State IGR also said the current administration in the state has shown little or no attention to the LGA.
He also condemned the SUV gift to the lawmaker representing the Oyigbo/Eleme Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Chisom Promise Dike.
"The National Assembly members did not beg Wike for SUVs and if he had asked some of them like Rep Chisom Promise Dike to chose between the construction of road from Oyigbo urban to Obete and a gift of an SUV, I believe he will chose the road".
