$10k for for Marathon Winner in Rivers State

Arusei Peninah, a citizen of Kenya, clinched victory in the women’s category of the inaugural #RiversInternationalMarathon. 

She crossed the finish line with an impressive time of 2 hours, 48 minutes, and 23 seconds.
