It's been reported over and over that the Rivers State Government workers especially those working with Commissioners at the state secretariat kill people's great Ideas by hoarding or stalling the approval process of the projects they intend to carry out for the betterment of the state.
The workers have been accused of taking proposals from people and not giving it to the commissioners or at least informing them of such ideas instead the they keep tossing innovators up and down the secretariat floors.
People are also accusing the workers of stealing their ideas.
How can we make this state better when you won't give smart people a chance to help the government. Even if you are going to disapprove their projects or ideas, do it rightly and hand their proposals back to them.
