NON-INDIGENES IN RIVERS STATE COMMEND GOVERNOR WIKE FOR EMBARKING ON PEOPLE-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT IN THE STATE




The Honourable Commissioner for Special Services (Governor's Office) Rivers State, Hon. Onowu Chukwuemeka led BOT Members, National Officers, and LGA Coordinators of Non-indigenes Without Borders in a historic courtesy call to the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency, Chief Barr, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, at the Government House Port Harcourt, today Tuesday October 18, 2016.


While speaking on behalf of Non-indigenes Without Borders, Hon. Onowu Chukwuemeka who is the National President of the body lauded Governor Wike for carrying Non-indigenes along in his developmental programs in Rivers State, especially empowerment and key appointments given to non-indigenes in both State and LGA levels.

Governor Nyesom Wike promised to continue carrying non-indigenes along, he urged them to be peace ambassadors in Rivers State. The Governor expressed delight in the uncommon loyalty and commitment of Hon. Onowu Chukwuemeka.

An award of excellence was given to Governor Nyesom Wike by the body for his superlative performance in office.
